Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Klarity Studio ("we", "us") handles when you use klaritystudio.in, and what your choices are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
Klarity Studio is a storytelling and go-to-market studio for B2B startups. We run this website. For the personal data described below, we decide why and how it is used.
You can reach us by booking a call and mentioning your request.
2. What we collect
This website has no accounts, no sign-up or contact forms, and no comments. We do not ask you for personal data on the site itself. The data involved is:
- Booking a call. The “Book a call” and “Add to my plan” buttons take you to our scheduling page on Calendly. Calendly collects what you enter there, such as your name, email address, company and any note you add, and handles it under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details so we can prepare for and hold the call.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
At the time of writing this website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. If that changes we will update this page first.
3. How we use it
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To schedule, hold and follow up on calls you book with us.
- To reply to you if you contact us.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Our legal basis
Where the law asks for one, we rely on your consent (for example, when you choose to book a call), on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and answering people who contact us, and on legal obligation. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the services that help us run the site and the calls:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Calendly, which schedules the calls you book.
We may also share data with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it. These providers act on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies.
6. Transfers abroad
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place.
7. How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to deal with you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise them. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the EU and UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to complain to your data protection authority.
You can reach us by booking a call and mentioning your request.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including Calendly and the websites of the clients we have worked with. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal data. Please read their policies.
10. Children
This website is for business visitors and is not directed to children under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
